We are at liberty to cancel or refuse service as necessary. All returns and refunds must be submitted to our email, once the item(s) are in our possession we will then process a refund. If it is determined that the product(s) were intentionally damaged we will not issue a refund and no exchanges will be made. We take pride in what we make and deliver, all products are packaged and made with care.
